What do you mean ‘sexy’ emperor palpatine

I mean full accurate emperor palpatine face makeup, with his signature black cloak, which opens at the centre and then basically your generic sexy halloween outfit underneath. i was thinking like a black latex tube top (with cleavage if you have boobs) and black mini-skirt with fish nets stockings, completed with some outrageous stripper tier high heels. you can remove the cloak whenever the fancy strikes but you need to get a wig for his gray old person hair too.
