I love how these guys took a classical art form and remade it with a modern lens. The color, lighting and expressions are truly stunning.

Because they are seen as lesser for being labourers their ‘attempt’ to do something, idk, ‘classy’ is seen as ridiculous, because they are seen as ‘classless’ and thus incapable of REALLY being what they’re trying to be.

Like when people mock/laugh at a child’s anger because they know they can’t really hurt them no matter how angry and offended they feel and it may also be presumed they don’t truly understand life yet.
