After a terrible meeting with the Head on Thursday which left me feeling severely undervalued, in tears (thankfully not in the meeting), and having a panic attack as soon as I was safe back home, my manager has just sent me this completely out of the blue, cementing the fact that she is The Best™. So lucky to have her at my back.
